Individuals who require an official letter of invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the meeting and then request a Visa Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us at info@cienciemeetings.com

5. Scan Copy of Passport

8. Participation Type: Speaker/Delegate

Each poster will be allotted a unique identification number, and those will be placed at the venue on the allotted day for poster presentation as well as the unique number will be mentioned in the scientific programme.

Poster board size depends on venue, but the posters should be in the dimension of 42" x 56”.

The poster should be placed at the allotted places 2 hours before the poster session and can be removed at the end of the day.

The best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.

The refund policy is posted on the conference terms and conditions web page.

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@cienciemeetings.com. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Every attendee is responsible for taking care of their transport, if there is any free shuttle service the info will be shared to you priorly by the programme managers. 

Yes, we have the option of only registration or packages i.e., (Package A and Package B). If you do not wish to book accommodation from our end you can opt for general registration which excludes accommodation.

Hotel information will be sent to you with a confirmation letter. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us by writing to info@cienciemeetings.com. After the allocated rooms have been filled, reservations may be made at the regular room rate if space is available.

Yes, you can register now and once you receive your entry VISA you can mail us at info@cienciemeetings.com , so we can assist with accommodation.

It depends on the availability of the room; if it’s available we can confirm your bookings 15 days before the event dates.

No, as per hotel norms, you need to book a double room, if 2 people are staying in the same room. You need to pay the accompanying person charges so we automatically book a double room

Depends, if your son is below 12 years you can stay in the same room, else you need to pay the extra charges for the third adult.
