Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the meeting and then request a Visa Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us at info@cienciemeetings.com

Each poster will be allotted with a unique identification number, and those will be placed at the venue on the allotted day for poster presentation as well as the unique number will be mentioned in the scientific program.

Poster board size depends on venue, but the posters should be in the dimension of 42" x 56”.

Poster should be placed at the allotted places 2 hours prior to the poster session and can be removed at the end of the day.

Best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.

The refund policy is posted on the conference terms and conditions web page.

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@cienciemeetings.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Every attendee is responsible to take care of their own transport, if there is any free shuttle service the info will be share to you priorly by the program managers. 

Yes, we have option of only registration or packages i.e., (Package A and Package B). If you do not wish to book accommodation from our end you can opt for general registration which excludes accommodation.

Hotel information will be sent to you with a confirmation letter. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us by writing at info@cienciemeetings.com. After the allocated rooms have been filled, reservations may be made at the regular room rate if space is available.

Yes, you can register now and once you receive your entry VISA you can mail us at info@cienciemeetings.com, so we can assist with accommodation.

It depends on the availability of room; if it’s available we can confirm your bookings till 15days prior to the event dates.

No, as per hotel norms you need to book a double room, if 2 people are staying in a same room. You need to pay the accompanying person charges so we automatically book a double room

Depends, if your son is below 12 years you can stay in the same room, else you need to pay the extra charges for the third adult.
