Each poster will be allotted a unique identification number, and those will be placed at the venue on the allotted day for poster presentation as well as the unique number will be mentioned in the scientific program.
The poster board size depends on the venue, but the posters should be in the dimension of 42" x 56”.
Poster should be placed at the allotted places 2 hours prior to the poster session and can be removed at the end of the day.
The best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Yes, we have the option of only registration or packages i.e., (Package A and Package B). If you do not wish to book accommodation from our end you can opt for general registration which excludes accommodation.
Hotel information will be sent to you with a confirmation letter. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
