Sayuri Kelly

Sayuri Kelly, OTD, OTR, is a senior research instructor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Division of Health Care Policy and Research. Dr. Kelly has 16 years of health services and policy research experience, emphasizing quality improvement in nursing homes. She serves as the principal investigator on a CMS-funded project focused on the development, training, implementation, analysis, and refinement of the Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP). Her other research activities include analyzing state requirements for LTC criminal background checks, examining consumer response to the Five Star Nursing Home Quality Rating system, and describing strategies for promoting consistent survey performance.
